Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for items that are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders (final sale)
- Items damaged through normal wear and use
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Items not in original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at hello@cuyahogavalleyglassart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
Safely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or defective).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
